Hi everyone. Hope we are all having a happy Saturday!!!. Not sure if anyone else who has a Shabby Blog background has had problems but every time I went to go into my blog it kept coming up that the site has virus & not to go into it. Great!!!! so I took the background off and added another one and lost all of my sidebar stuff. A very grumpy Clare proceeded and after an hour of faffing around and managed to get it back but everything was out of order. I have managed to pretty much got everything back to how it was but after just checking the Shabby website all seems normal again, grrrrrrr!!!!!!!.
I sometime wonder if Blogger does things like this just to pee us all off!!!. Think I will stick with this background for a bit now.
Ok another Birthday card to share which I made for a friends Grandaughter who loves pink!!!!.

Seen somewhere today that Shabby blogs have some kind of virus and it had affected blogs and blinkies...
So so frustrating hey Deb!!! hope you manage to find a replacement very soon hun. Wasn't sure if it was just my blog Chrissy!!!. Thanks for the lovely comments girls. Hugs Clare xxx
ReplyDeleteHi Clare I noticed while commenting that a warning kept appearing for people who had Shabby Blogs backgrounds, so I was unable to leave one on many of the sites I visited. I do like the new background and I just totally adore this fabulous card, the papers design and image are ACE.

Awww thanks Lorraine. That is why I removed it quick sharpish as did not know if it could affect other's blogs. So frustrating as I lost heaps of stuff but luckily managed to get most of it back but everything was out of order, took me forever to sort it out!!! don't think I will risk Shabby Blogs again although I love their backgrounds. ReplyDeleteHello Clare. Your card is fantastic sweetie. Love the delicate colours and lovely papers. such pretty details too.
ReplyDeleteI hate Blogger at times, I am sure it does things on purpose just to make us unhappy There are several blogs that I cant leave comments on, it drives me mad.
Anyway, I hope that you are ok. thinking of you,
Love Sandra xx
This is a really delightful card - I know of others who had a problem yesterday with their blogs too. Hugs, Claire x

Hello, dear Clare I hope you are keeping well. Sorry to take so long to return the visit but always thinking of you and Mr B and Simone. Hope they are well too. I was just reading about your Shabby Blog probs. I don't have one but the girls at Crafty Bloggers Network Facebook Group (you should come over) were saying that there was a deliberate virus attack on the programme/software or whatever it is called. Everyone had huge probs. They say it is now sorted but some people have lingering issues.
ReplyDeleteYour card is very very lovely I love your beatiful layers and the image is so cute and beautifully coloured. We finally resolved the issues with the two stray/lost cats. The boy does have a home but they said they cannot control him. He is not neutered so he is rampant in the neighbourhood. The thing is that the neutering campaign is in this area and they can have it done for only £5!! I said to CP thell them they won a prize and I will pay the fiver!! Hope they get that done soon. The other little girl has a loving home where she has been missing for about the same length of time I have been feeding her and she was reunited with her humans last night. I saw the boy in question harrassing her in the street, chasing her like mad. someone from CP is going to be more persausive next. Well it was lovely visiting you, keep well, my friend. All the best to the hedgies and squirels Vee xx
